The job

Pay

$1,500 weekly minimum. If you work the full available week, you get at least $1,500, no matter how many loads there were, and nothing is deducted from it.

Pay status

You drive as a 1099 independent contractor, not an employee.

Home time

Home weekly, with a 34-hour reset at home.

Route type

Regional. Texas and Louisiana lanes, such as Houston, Baton Rouge / Port Allen, Lafayette, Dallas-Fort Worth and San Antonio / Austin.

Freight

Amazon Relay loads, power only. You pull Amazon-provided trailers and containers.

Who we can hire

• Valid Class A CDL
• 2+ years of Class A experience
• 23 or older
• Current DOT medical card
• No major violations in the last 3 years
• No DUI and no failed or refused drug test in the last 5 years

Drivers anywhere in Texas may apply. Houston-area drivers are preferred.

How hiring goes

1. Apply online in about 10 minutes, or text us.
2. Phone call: your Class A experience, any tickets or accidents in the last 3 years, any failed drug tests, and when you can start.
3. Send a photo of your CDL, your medical card and a recent MVR.
4. Meet us in person.
5. Before you start: background check, MVR, PSP and drug test, each with your separate written authorization.

The online application does not ask for your Social Security number. We ask for it after the phone call, with your written authorization.
